About the Journal

Built Form - Journal of Morphological Research and Practice in Planning, Design and Architecture -is a scholarly, international peer-reviewed journal that advances morphological theories, research, and practice in planning, design, and architecture.  Built Form aims to disseminate academic and professional studies focusing on urban form, urban morphology, urban design, architecture, the structure and evolution of cities, preservation and conservation, urban regeneration, local identity, urban aesthetics and landscape, heritage protection and management, spatial continuity and integrity, urban growth management, space syntax, Conzenian urban morphology, spatial analysis, typology, characterising and managing the urban landscape, artificial intelligence and built form.
